First Prize
The winning school can choose one of the following two options; no purchase is required to accept prize:

• 20 Upper Room UVC Fixtures (all Wall models, all Recessed models, or a combination of Wall and Recessed models). Approximate retail value is $25,000.*
• $25,000 credit towards the purchase of a minimum of $50,000 of Safeology UVC disinfection products, including UVC Upper Room Fixtures, UVC Mobile Air Purifiers, and/or UVC Towers.*

Second Prize

• $10,000 credit towards the purchase of a minimum of $20,000 of Safeology UVC disinfection products, including UVC Upper Room Fixtures, UVC Mobile Air Purifiers, and/or UVC Towers.*

Third Prize

• $5,000 credit towards the purchase of a minimum of $10,000 Safeology UVC disinfection products, including UVC Upper Room Fixtures, UVC Mobile Air Purifiers, and/or UVC Towers.*

Selection of Winners
We’re excited to help create a clean, healthy environment for students, teachers, and faculty. Will your school be one of the winners?

• Three winning schools will be chosen from all eligible entries received based on the answer to the question “Tell us why you hope your school is one of the winners.” Don’t worry if you wonder whether your answer is compelling enough—just speak from your heart!
• A panel of judges from Safeology will review the answers to this question on all eligible entry forms, and in their sole discretion select the schools to which the prizes will be awarded. The panel’s decision will be final.
• In the event any of the winning schools choose not to accept their prize, the panel may choose to select alternative winners.
• The winning schools will be announced on or before May 28, 2021 via Safeology’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter pages.

Eligibility
This Contest is open schools located in the United States, including:

• Public K-12 schools (including elementary, middle, junior, and high schools)
• Private K-12 schools (including elementary, middle, junior, and high schools)
• Public colleges and universities
• Private colleges and universities

Entry Criteria
We want to hear from you! You can enter as many schools as you’d like, but please submit only one entry for each individual school. Individual schools can also be entered by multiple people.

• Anyone can enter an eligible school of their choice (see eligibility section above). This includes, but is not limited to, school district employees; school board members; school administrators, teachers, faculty, and employees; students and students’ family members; and community supporters and boosters, such as PTSA officers and members.
• On the entry from, please include contact information for one of the people at the school who you believe might be involved in deciding where to use the UVC equipment. Don’t worry if you don’t know—we’ve given you a list of roles to consider, including the School District Superintendent, the School Principal, and many others. Choose the one you might feel is appropriate, and for whom you can provide contact info. This information is necessary so Safeology can discuss the most appropriate UVC products for the winning schools.
• The School Contact named on the entry form will be notified via email that their school has been entered into this Contest.
• If entering this Contest via social media channels, feel free to post the school you’re nominating as well as your essay. This will not increase your chance of winning, but may encourage others to also nominate your school.
• The Contest is open through Friday, April 30, 2021. Entries received after this date will not be eligible or accepted.
• The winning schools will be notified by email, as well as possibly by phone, no later than May 28, 2021.

Terms and Conditions
By entering this Contest, the person submitting the entry (“entrant”) acknowledges and agrees:

• It is not Safeology’s responsibility to ensure their entry is qualified and properly submitted.
• If they do not meet Contest criteria their entry is subject to disqualification.
• They will abide by all Terms and Conditions of this Contest.
• Any details not specifically addressed in these rules are subject to the sole discretion of Safeology.
• The entrant and the school for which they submitted the entry will be notified via email if it is one of the winning schools.
• They are granting Safeology the right to publish and promote their first name and hometown without further permission, notice, or compensation.
• This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and/or LinkedIn.
• They release Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and/or LinkedIn of any responsibility or liability associated with this Contest.
• Anyone found to create and/or use multiple social media accounts on a given social media platform for the sole purpose of improving the chance of winning will be ineligible.
• *Winning schools cannot apply actual products to, or deduct value of prize from, existing orders for which a sales order has already been issued.
• *Winning schools must select the UVC products of their choice, according to their prize level, and notify Safeology of their decision, by June 15, 2021.
• Safeology will provide and ship the chosen UVC products to the winning schools at Safeology’s expense. The winning schools will be responsible for installing the UVC products.
• Administrators from winning schools have sole discretion to determine in what classrooms and/or spaces UVC products will be installed.
• Winning schools are responsible for any taxes required by local and state entities in the state in which the schools are located.
• There is no purchase necessary to enter this Contest.
• This Contest is void where prohibited.
